INITIAL ASSESSMENT

With the help of tests and assessments, I will identify the most critical areas affecting health and performance in order to propose suitable solutions.

COGNITIVE & PHYSICAL TESTS

Tests and monitoring systems will keep track of your progresses. I will provide regular reports with suggestions to further improve your training process.

GAMING PROTOCOLS

Gaming-specific exercises that will focus on the most common issues reported by players, such as neck pain or lower-back pain, in order to prevent and reduce the discomfort.

GENERAL PROTOCOLS

Short exercise protocols that will focus on your entire body, in order to maintain a healthy range of motions of your joints. These activities are helpful as pre-gaming daily routine.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Exercise protocols and workouts specifically adapted to the different needs of each person, in order to achieve their set goals. The training sessions will be part of a long-term periodisation.

CONSULTANCY

I will assist you help you with your questions related to health, fitness and wellness. In the eventuality that a question will not be under my expertise domain, I will direct you to the qualified professionals in the relevant area.
